Full Time Baker  - Production Kitchen

Brooki is on the hunt for qualified and experienced Bakers to join our growing team based in Fortitude Valley.

About the Role: Join our team at Brooki, where you'll play a crucial role in our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Executing daily bakery production to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Maintaining organisation and cleanliness in all work areas.
  • Managing food stock levels, portion control, waste reduction, and receiving deliveries.
  • Conducting temperature checks, ensuring cleaning protocols are adhered to.
  • Contributing to and executing daily cleaning schedules.
  • Applying food safety and workplace health and safety standards.
  • Upholding high kitchen standards across food hygiene, safety, quality, and preparation.
  • Shifts are Monday to Friday, starting at 6am.

About You: To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a Trade Certificate III in Baking.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Maintain high standards in food taste and presentation.
