When will you ship my order?

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. We ship orders Monday-Thursday (we do not ship orders on Fridays so your order does not sit in transit over the weekend). If you place an order after 8:00am Thursday, it will ship the following Monday.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping times vary depending on your location. You can find more details about our shipping policy on our Shipping & Delivery page.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on food. 

If you have not received your product due to you having put the wrong or incomplete shipping address, then we cannot offer a refund or replacement. If your item has had multiple attempted deliveries from the courier and you haven't collected it, and it gets returned, then we can't offer a refund or replacement.

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we require a photo of the defect to assess refund eligibility. Without a photo, we are unable to assess your claim. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at orders@brookibakehouse.com.

Where do you ship?

We ship to every postal address in Australia. We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

We ship internationally via DHL Express to New Zealand, The United States (except territories, Hawaii & Alaska), Canada (metro only), Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan (metro only), United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and Europe.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) as well as PayPal for secure and convenient payment. At this time, we do not accept any other forms of payment.

How do I place an order for pick up?

You can place a pre-order or custom order via our website only under the tab "PICK UP".
Only items in our pick up catalogue are eligible for pre-orders and pick ups in store.

We offer pick ups and pre-orders for our Fortitude Valley store only. Other locations do not currently offer pre-orders or pick ups.

How do I place an order for delivery?

You can place an order for delivery via our "DELIVERY" catalogue. Ony items in this catalogue are available for delivery. Sorry, we do not deliver cakes, cupcakes, or macarons.

Do you offer gluten free & vegan products?

Currently we offer a selection of gluten free products in our retail stores only. We are not yet shipping gluten free or vegan products, though it is something we have in development!
