Cookie Care

Our cookies are made fresh and aren’t packed with preservatives. That said, each cookie is heat sealed for maximum shelf life, meaning they’ll remain fresh for two weeks before starting to change in texture and taste.

If you don’t think you’ll consume them within two weeks, we recommend sticking them in the freezer as soon as you receive them, after which you can enjoy them for up to 1 month! Reheat instructions are included in your box.

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada (metro) , Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), Japan (metro), Hong Kong & Singapore.

Australia:

Please allow 1-2 business day for dispatch and 1-2 business days for delivery. Express postage times vary depending on your location. You can check delivery times to your destination here.

We ship on Mondays-Thursdays. If your order is placed after 8:00am on Thursday, it will be shipped the following Monday.

International:

We ship all international orders Monday-Wednesday to give them the best chance to arrive to you same week. All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express Post and require a signature on delivery.

Absolutely delicious!

The cookies are absolutely delicious, we loved them all!
I ordered the best sellers box and whilst I was most excited particularly for the biscoff cookie and the Nutella cookie I didn’t actually get either of these in my box which was a little disappointing however the cookies I did receive were to die for all the same.

Simply the best cookies! Only let down was there was contamination in the nut free pack

Didn’t get the biscoff one in our pack which was one of the reasons we got it, and the cookies towards day 2 were stale but were still yummy before that
