Received my 2 boxes of cookies - 5 in one box, 7 in the other. Enjoyed by all

The cake was so delicious! Love the packaging as well. To be honest, my cake had a little mistake in decoration but Tegan handled it smoothly for me, thank her so much from the bottom of my heart! Love Brooki and Brooki Bakehouse Team!

The kilo cookie was slightly burned and I requested a message on there and there was no option to choose the colour of the text. Don't think this was good value for money.

The cookie was perfect for my sister. She loved it!

Ordered best seller box but instead of NYC cookie got birthday cake cookie so I am disappointed. The lady told me about the cookies but I picked up the cookies late and I was in a rush as almost 5 pm so wasn’t listening and only realised this when I got to hotel and wondering what the colourful cookie is.
However despite this, most of the cookies are moist, soft and delicious and good sized (I didn’t like the birthday cake cookie as I thought it was way too sweet) and definitely worth ordering. I also got some brownies in shop and the fudge brownie is amazing. One thing to note is there is no channel to contact Brooki on the day (I tried to find contact to let them know I was running late but couldn’t). Also tried to send message through Instagram a few months before to pre-plan pickup but no response.
