Store Policy

Pick Up orders require a minimum 3 days notice, collection date can be selected at checkout. Should you require a cake within this time frame, please visit us in store on the day to choose from what is available.

Please double check your order before placing it. If you require changes to your order (colour/flavour/size/date), please note there is a $10 administration fee for all order changes and/or cancellations. Within 72 hours of collection, we are not able to accept changes to your order.

Pick ups are available from our flagship store (Fortitude Valley) only. We are open 7 days. Available pick up times will show on the checkout page. If your preferred time is not showing, it is not available. Please choose from the times/dates available to place an order.
