Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide, and internationally to selected countries. Only items marked "for delivery" in our catalogue are eligible for shipping — other products are available for local pickup only.

Rates and delivery

Australian shipping is a flat $15 express, Australia-wide. International rates vary and are calculated at checkout. We currently ship to the United States, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Japan.

We send everything via Express Post and pack carefully so your order arrives in the best possible condition. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Please double-check your address

We ship to the address entered at checkout. If that address is incorrect or incomplete and your order does not arrive, we are not able to refund or replace it. If the courier makes multiple delivery attempts and the parcel is not collected and comes back to us, we are also not able to refund or replace it, because perishable food does not survive the round trip.

If something arrives wrong

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, email orders@brookibakehouse.com with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a refund or replacement. See our full Refunds & Returns policy.

Change of mind

We are not able to accept change-of-mind returns on perishable products.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that they will be of acceptable quality and match their description.
