We started in 2022 in a 41-square-metre kitchen in Fortitude Valley. Four years later we bake across Australia and the United Arab Emirates, with flagships coming in London and Dubai — and there is still a line out the door most days.
None of that happened because of the cookies alone. It happened because of the people who tray them, bake them, box them and hand them over. If you want to be one of them, everything we are hiring for is below.

What it's actually like
No two Brooki stores are the same, but a few things are true everywhere.
It's busy, and that's the job
We are not a quiet cafe. Our stores get queues, cameras and people who have travelled a long way for a cookie. If you like a shift that moves, you will like it here.
You'll be taught properly
Nobody gets thrown on the floor and left there. You are shown the task, you do it alongside someone experienced, then you do it on your own — baking, drinks, packing, all of it.
We keep opening stores
Fifteen sites in four years means real progression for people who want it. Several of our store leaders started behind the counter.
The product is the point
Everything is baked fresh through the day — for the counter and for every box we ship. You will be trusted to hold that standard, not just follow a script.

Retail & store teams
Our biggest hiring need, and where most of our team start. Choose your city to see the live listing and apply.
Team Member
The heart of every store. You will serve customers, bake and tray cookies, make drinks, pack orders and keep the counter looking the way it should. No experience required — we will teach you everything. What we cannot teach is caring whether someone leaves happy.
Store Leader
You run the store. Opening and closing, the bake through the day, the roster, the standard on the counter and the team on the floor. You are the person your team looks to at 3pm when the queue is twenty deep — and the reason it still feels calm.

Area Leader
You look after a group of stores rather than one. Coaching store leaders, holding the standard across every site, opening new stores and reading the numbers that tell you where to spend your week. For someone who has run a store well and wants the next thing.
Delivery Drivers
You get orders where they need to be, on time and in one piece — and for a lot of customers you are the only person from Brooki they actually meet. Careful driving, careful handling, and a good manner at the door.
Kitchen & production
Where the volume gets made. If you have worked a fast commercial kitchen, you will recognise the pace.
Cookie Crew — Bakers & Kitchen Hands
You will work to our bake schedules, hold our health and hygiene standards, and deliver the consistency that makes a Brooki cookie a Brooki cookie. We are looking for at least two years in a commercial kitchen at pace.
Bakers & Cake Decorators
Detail-focused cake and cupcake decorating, to our designs and to our standard. Our vintage heart cakes are the most photographed thing we make, which means the piping has to be right every single time.
Content, brand & creative
Based in Sydney. Our accounts reach millions of people a week, and these roles involve travel to store openings around Australia and overseas.
Videographer / Producer
You will shoot and edit our long-form YouTube content and the short-form videos that come out of it. Filming, editing, sound and pacing are all yours, and you will cut each piece to suit the platform it is going to rather than posting the same edit everywhere.

Graphic / Brand Designer
You will translate the Brooki brand into packaging, in-store signage, merchandise and social assets. The role moves between big-picture brand thinking and pixel-level execution, across physical and digital.

Community Manager
You will manage comments, DMs and community conversation at scale — showing up where our community already is, building relationships, and keeping us across sentiment and trends before they land.

Social Media Lead / Content Creator
Sydney · Full time
You will own the day-to-day of our Instagram and TikTok. Shooting product and behind-the-scenes content, writing captions that sound like us, and understanding why one video works and the next does not. We are looking for a deep, practical grasp of both platforms at scale and a strong aesthetic sense.
