Videographer/Producer

We're looking for a talented Videographer/Producer to join Team Brooki in Sydney. You'll be behind the camera and in the edit suite, shooting and cutting everything from long-form YouTube content to snappy short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram.
With 4M+ followers watching, you'll need range: the patience and craft to produce polished, narrative-driven long-form videos, and the speed and instinct to turn same-day moments into scroll-stopping short-form content. You're comfortable owning a project end to end — filming, editing, sound, pacing — and know how to tailor tone, format, and length for each platform's audience. This role is Sydney-based, with regular travel to store openings across Australia and overseas travel for new store openings.
Graphic/Brand Designer

We're looking for a creative and detail-obsessed Graphic/Brand Designer to join Team Brooki in Brisbane. As we grow from a social-first brand into a business with stores across Australia, we need someone who can translate that world into everything people touch and see — packaging, in-store signage, merch, and the static assets that show up across our socials.
You'll move fluidly between big-picture brand thinking and pixel-level execution, keeping every touchpoint recognisably Brooki whether it's a shopfront, a box, or a feed post. A strong eye for typography, colour, and layout is a given — what sets you apart is understanding how design holds up in the real world, from a wall behind a counter to a thumbnail on a phone screen. This role is Sydney-based, with regular travel to store openings across Australia and potential overseas travel.

We're looking for a warm, quick-witted Community Manager to join Team Brooki in Brisbane. At 4M+ followers, our comments and DMs are a full-time conversation — and we want someone whose entire job is showing up in it, making people feel seen, and protecting the tone that got us here.
You'll live inside our comments, DMs, and community spaces daily, responding with the same voice and warmth that built this following in the first place, while flagging trends, sentiment shifts, and opportunities back to the wider marketing team. This isn't customer service bolted onto social — it's relationship-building at scale, and it's a job in itself. This role is Sydney-based or available remotely for the right candidate.
