Our cookies are made fresh and aren’t packed with preservatives. That said, each cookie is heat sealed for maximum shelf life, meaning they’ll remain fresh for two weeks before starting to change in texture and taste.
If you don’t think you’ll consume them within two weeks, we recommend sticking them in the freezer as soon as you receive them, after which you can enjoy them for up to 1 month! Reheat instructions are included in your box.

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), Japan (metro areas) and the Philippines.
Australia:
$15 express shipping, free on orders over $80. We ship Monday to Friday. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day, then delivery takes 1–3 business days depending on your postcode. Weekend orders go out on Monday. See our shipping policy for details.
International:
All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express Post and require a signature on delivery.
