Our brand new flagship store at 109 Melbourne Street, South Brisbane is now open, and if the opening weekend is anything to go by, we have a feeling this is going to be something really special. Our Biggest Store Yet This isn't just another Brooki location. This is our flagship. Our biggest, most beautiful store to date — designed to be the kind of place you want to linger, take photos, and come back to again and again. From the moment you walk through the doors, you'll find everything you love about Brooki, turned up a notch. Fresh-baked cookies, gorgeous displays, and a space that just feels like us. We're open 7 days a week, 10am–10pm — because cookie cravings don't keep business hours, and neither do we. The Opening Weekend That Stopped Us in Our Tracks We had high hopes for our South Brisbane opening. But what actually happened? It blew every single one of them out of the water. The South Brisbane community showed up — and we mean really showed up.
