Our cookies are made fresh and aren’t packed with preservatives. That said, each cookie is heat sealed for maximum shelf life, meaning they’ll remain fresh for two weeks before starting to change in texture and taste.
If you don’t think you’ll consume them within two weeks, we recommend sticking them in the freezer as soon as you receive them, after which you can enjoy them for up to 1 month! Reheat instructions are included in your box.

Australia:
Please allow 1-2 business day for dispatch and 1-2 business days for delivery. Express postage times vary depending on your location. You can check delivery times to your destination here.
We ship on Mondays-Thursdays. If your order is placed after 8:00am on Thursday, it will be shipped the following Monday.
International:
All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express Post and require a signature on delivery.

It’s my first time ordering cookies from Brooki and Im blown away ! 😊 The communication was excellent, and the packaging was adorable (individually sealed with cute colour pink plastic)🎀 The cookies are good size for my little ones most especially, when you pack them as a treat at school. It’s also loaded with ingredients, and baked to absolute perfection. These are incredibly thick, yet somehow perfectly soft and chewy in the center. They have a great balance of sweet and the edges are spot-on golden brown. Highly recommended. 👌🏻 Happy New Costumer here! We’ll definitely buy again! 🤗😉

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. We ship orders Monday-Thursday (we do not ship orders on Fridays so your order does not sit in transit over the weekend). If you place an order after 8:00am Thursday, it will ship the following Monday.
