Brooki Bakehouse started in Brisbane in 2022 with one thing in mind: a properly thick, gooey-centred chunky cookie. Today Brooki bakes cookies, celebration cakes, cupcakes and brownies fresh every day in our own kitchens, sold in our stores across Australia and delivered to doorsteps nationwide.

Our 145g chunky cookies are the heart of the menu. Choc chip, red velvet, Biscoff, Nutella, New York and a rotating line-up of limited editions, each one baked until crisp at the edges and soft in the middle.
