Sending cookies to Australia from overseas
Every month, thousands of people outside Australia land on this website looking for a way to send something home. A birthday in Brisbane you're missing. A friend in Melbourne who's had a rough month. Parents in Perth who'd rather have a box of cookies than another bunch of flowers that dies in four days.
You can do that from anywhere in the world. We bake in Brisbane, we deliver to every Australian address, and you pay in Australian dollars with an overseas card.
How it works
- Pick what you're sending. Our cookie boxes travel best — six chunky cookies, or fifteen minis.
- Enter their Australian address as the shipping address, and your own as the billing address. That's it — no account needed.
- Add a card. Our postcards are $2 and we'll write your message on it by hand.
- We bake and dispatch Monday to Thursday. Most Australian addresses receive it within one to two business days of dispatch.
Prices are in AUD. Your bank converts at their rate, which for most senders makes a $45 cookie box a genuinely inexpensive way to land a real moment on someone's doorstep.

Two things worth knowing before you order, because we would rather tell you now than disappoint you later.
We dispatch Monday to Thursday. If you order after 8:00am Brisbane time on a Thursday, it goes out the following Monday. If the date matters, order early in the week and remember Australia is ahead of most of the world — often by a full day.
We can't ship cookies outside Australia, New Zealand and parts of Asia. We deliver to New Zealand and to Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan and the Philippines. We do not currently ship to the UK, Europe, North America or anywhere else. If the recipient is in Australia, you're fine — that's what this page is for.
If you're outside Australia and want something for yourself
Bake with Brooki is our cookbook, published by DK, with over 300,000 copies sold. It contains 100 recipes from the bakery — the NYC cookies, the brownies, the cupcakes, the cakes — and it is available in your own country, in your own currency, with no perishable-food problem at all.
The signed edition on this site ships within Australia only — so if you're overseas and want it signed, send it to someone in Australia and have them post it on. People do this more often than you'd think.
Coming to Australia?
We have thirteen locations. Our flagships are on the Barangaroo waterfront in Sydney, Chapel Street in Melbourne, Fish Lane in South Brisbane, Surf Parade in Broadbeach, and the original on Marshall Street in Fortitude Valley. There are kiosks at Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Adelaide airports — and a cookie vending machine in Brisbane International that runs 24 hours a day, for the flights nobody schedules at a reasonable time.

Questions
Can I order from overseas with a non-Australian card?
Yes. Enter your own address as the billing address and the Australian address as the shipping address. Prices are charged in AUD and your bank handles the conversion.
Will they know it's from me?
Only if you tell them. Add one of our $2 postcards and write your message at checkout — we'll write it on the card by hand and put it in the box. Without a card, there's nothing in the parcel with your name on it.
Can I choose the delivery date?
Not on the website yet. We dispatch Monday to Thursday and most Australian addresses arrive one to two business days later. If the date is important — a birthday, an anniversary — email hello@brookibakehouse.com with your order number and the date, and we'll do our best to line it up.
Do the cookies survive the journey?
Yes. They're baked, cooled and sealed for transport, and they're best within two weeks. Warm one for fifteen seconds and it tastes like it came out of the oven. Reheating instructions go in every box.
Can you deliver to a hospital, hotel or office in Australia?
Yes, and it's common. Put the recipient's name and any ward, room or company details in the address fields. For hotels, add the arrival date so reception knows to hold it.
What if nobody is home?
Express Post will leave it in a safe place or take it to a collection point, depending on the address. Cookies are fine sitting out for a day — this isn't a bouquet.
Can I send to multiple Australian addresses in one order?
Yes, at $15 per address. Email orders@brookibakehouse.com with the list and we'll set it up.
