Ok where to start... This book is the best thing ever, my daughter loves to use it, I never come into my pantry without seeing a new batch of cookies, cheese cake or cupcakes! So for those who haven't got one, do yourself a favour and the minute you have a free moment, GET👏IT👏 !

This is one thick book with so many recipes that I would love to try. Did my first batch of NYC cookies; it's fantastic. Easy to follow and beautifully layout and compiled, you don't need another comfort sweets recipe book. this is the one.

The directions and follow the recipe by weight as these will turn out perfect. I am a coeliac and was worried how the products would turn out using gluten free substitutes, however I have no issues and all the products I’ve tested so far taste like the real deal.
