Cookie Care

Our cookies are made fresh and aren’t packed with preservatives. That said, each cookie is heat sealed for maximum shelf life, meaning they’ll remain fresh for two weeks before starting to change in texture and taste.

If you don’t think you’ll consume them within two weeks, we recommend sticking them in the freezer as soon as you receive them, after which you can enjoy them for up to 1 month! Reheat instructions are included in your box.

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada (metro) , Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), Japan (metro), Hong Kong & Singapore.

Australia:

Please allow 1-2 business day for dispatch and 1-2 business days for delivery. Express postage times vary depending on your location. You can check delivery times to your destination here.

We ship on Mondays-Thursdays. If your order is placed after 8:00am on Thursday, it will be shipped the following Monday.

International:

We ship all international orders Monday-Wednesday to give them the best chance to arrive to you same week. All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express Post and require a signature on delivery.

Good but sizes were inconsistent

The cookies were nice, however I’m a bit disappointed because some cookies were flatter and smaller to what I’m used to buying in store. There was little to no cream cheese filling in the red velvet and definitely wasn’t as chunky as the photos displayed. Doesn't bother me too much. Overall, taste of the cookies were good and fast delivery!

Cookie excellence

Cookies excellent as usual but delivery company threw parcel on the ground damaging the box leaving damage to the box so embarrassed to give as a gift!
