Good to know

Fourteen hours a day, seven days a week — one of our longest trading windows anywhere. Because Adelaide Airport handles both domestic and international, and because this is the only Brooki in the state, a fair few people come out specifically rather than because they are flying.

Cookies keep for two weeks at room temperature, so a box bought here survives the trip home comfortably.
