How it works in Adelaide

Everything is baked to order in our Brisbane kitchens and sent by express courier. Nothing is frozen and nothing is made before you order it, which is the whole reason people send cookies rather than a hamper.

Adelaide is a 2–3 business day run rather than an overnight one, so build that into your date. We bake and dispatch Monday to Thursday, which means a Friday event wants a Monday or Tuesday order.

Our cookies keep for two weeks at room temperature, so arriving a day or two early is not a problem — it is often the safer plan.

Splitting an order across individual home addresses at $15 each is the usual choice for distributed Adelaide teams.

What we can't do in Adelaide

Cakes, cupcakes and logo cupcakes are pickup-only from our Brisbane and Gold Coast bakeries, so they are not available for Adelaide events. Cookies, cookie tubes and brownies all ship.

Our Adelaide Airport kiosk is past security in Terminal 1, so it is not a collection point for corporate orders — see the store page for hours if you are flying.

Allergens and dietary

All cookies contain wheat, soy, eggs and milk. Some contain nuts, and everything is made in a kitchen where nuts are present. Every item is labelled with ingredients, allergens and nutritional information. The full matrix is on our ingredients and allergens page.

Questions we get asked

How long does delivery to Adelaide take?

2–3 business days from dispatch. We bake and dispatch Monday to Thursday, so order early in the week for a Friday event.

Can I collect an order in Adelaide?

Not currently. Our Adelaide store is inside Terminal 1 at the airport, past security, so corporate orders are delivered rather than collected.

Can we get cupcakes with our logo?

Not in Adelaide — logo cupcakes are pickup-only from Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Branded cookie packaging is available anywhere.
