SALT x Brooki Collab Just Dropped
It's official. The Brooki Cooki Softi Is Live
We teamed up with our friends at SALT to do something we've never done before — take our famous Bueno Cookie and put it where it's never been: straight on top of their Cookie Cup Softie. Milk or chocolate, with a sprinkle of salt of course. We're calling it the Brooki Cooki Softi, and honestly? It might be the best thing we've done all year.
Brooki In The UAE
This one's extra special because we're not new here. We've already got a Drive Thru at Al Qana in Abu Dhabi, a kiosk at Aljada in Sharjah, and our Dubai flagship that's on the way, opening late 2026. The UAE has been part of the Brooki story for a while now, and this collab is us leaning further into a community that's already made us feel so welcome.
So this is our way of going even bigger while we wait for those doors to open, and doing it with the people who already know how to make dessert an event, and something that's best shared with friends. SALT has built something the UAE genuinely loves, and getting to put a piece of Brooki on top felt like exactly the right way to do it.
How This One Came Together
Bueno Cookie is one of ours. Cookie Cup Softie is one of SALT's. Two of the most-loved treats in the region, built by two teams who take dessert very, very seriously — so it only made sense to put them in the same cup.
