Doncaster, we're coming. Brooki opens at Westfield Doncaster on Thursday 22 October — and this one is a baking kiosk, which means every cookie is baked right there in front of you and handed over warm.
No trays trucked in from a central kitchen. Dough goes in the oven on site through the day, so the cookie you buy at 8pm is just as fresh as the one at 9am.

A few things worth knowing
- Opening day will be busy. If you're coming for a signing, come early.
- Allergens. Our kitchens handle wheat, gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, tree nuts and peanuts. We can't guarantee any product is free from any allergen — our allergen matrix has the detail.
- Can't make it? Our Chapel Street bakery in South Yarra is open seven days, every Brooki location is on our store locations page, and we ship cookies Australia-wide.
