Store number 15 is open. Brooki has landed at Westfield Mt Gravatt in Brisbane — and this one does something a little different. It's a bake-on-site kiosk, which means every cookie is baked fresh, right there in the centre, in front of you.
Fifteen stores. I still have to say that number out loud a couple of times for it to feel real. This whole thing started with me baking in a little kitchen, and now there are fifteen places across Australia and the UAE where you can walk up and grab a Brooki. Thank you for every single one of them.
Baked right in front of you
Mt Gravatt is one of our new baking kiosks. Instead of cookies arriving from our bakery, the ovens are right there in the kiosk. You'll see the trays go in, you'll smell them before you see them, and you'll get your cookie warm, gooey and only minutes out of the oven.
It's the closest thing to standing in my kitchen while a batch comes out — and honestly, that's exactly what I wanted it to feel like. Grab a coffee while you're there, take a seat, and stay a while.

Order ahead for pick-up. Mt Gravatt now takes online pick-up orders for cookies, cupcakes, brownies, cakes and corporate orders. Cakes and corporate orders need 3 business days' notice; everything else needs 2.
