"Which one should I get?" is the question we hear most across the counter, and the honest answer depends on what you like. So here is every flavour, what's actually in it, and who it's for.
Every cookie is 145 grams. That matters more than it sounds — it's roughly three times a normal cookie, and it's the reason the edges can be set while the middle stays soft. A small cookie physically cannot do that.
Several of our cookies are injected, meaning there's a filling piped into the centre after baking. Those are the ones that ooze when you pull them apart, and they're the ones that end up on people's phones.
The core range
These are on the menu year-round and they're what's in the Signature Cookie Box. They've been our best sellers since day one and honestly, it's not hard to see why.
New York Cookie (Choc Chip Walnut)
This is the cookie the whole bakery was built on. Brown butter dough, dark chocolate chunks, toasted walnuts. Thick, heavy, and deliberately unrefined-looking.
Get this if: you want a more balanced option. People often go for this if they want something "not to sweet" as the dark chocolate and walnuts balance out the cookie dough, with a high ratio of chocolate to dough.
Classic Choc Chip
Golden buttery dough, milk chocolate chips, crisp edge, soft centre. No filling, just a classic milk chocolate chip cookie.
Get this if: it's our best selling flavour every day of the week, every week of the year. Buy this if you're buying for someone whose tastes you don't know.
Bueno Cookie
Milk chocolate chip cookie injected with Kinder Bueno filling. Currently our number one in stores, which surprised us and then stopped surprising us.
Get this if: you want the most indulgent thing in the case. It's a crowd pleaser that I've never heard a single customer say they didn't love.
Cookie Butter (Biscoff)
Caramelised dough with crushed Biscoff through it, injected with warm Biscoff spread, finished with a Biscoff biscuit pressed on top. Tastes the way eating it from the jar with a spoon feels, except socially acceptable.
Get this if: you're a Biscoff person. You already know if you are.
Milk Choc Hazelnut
Milk chocolate chips and chopped roasted hazelnuts, injected with Nutella, swirled with more Nutella on top.
Get this if: Nutella is a food group in your house.
Birthday Cake
Sprinkles baked through the dough, white chocolate chips, more sprinkles on top. Tastes like the good part of a birthday cake without the cake.
Get this if: it's someone's birthday, or it's a Tuesday and you've decided that counts. Kids also love this cookie without question (it's full of rainbow sprinkles, what's there not to love?)
Double Choc
Cocoa dough, dark and milk chocolate. For people who feel that a regular chocolate cookie is holding something back.
Get this if: you choose the chocolate fondant on the dessert menu.
Red Velvet
Deeply red cocoa dough injected with tangy cream cheese frosting, dusted with red velvet crumb. The most photographed cookie we make.
Get this if: you want the one that looks like it cost more than it did.
Salted Caramel
Brown sugar dough with a salted caramel centre. The most balanced cookie in the range — the salt does a lot of work.
Carrot Cake
Warm spiced dough with walnuts, freshly grated carrots and white chocolate, injected with cream cheese. Our most requested flavour, and one we bring back in short runs rather than keeping on permanently.
Get this if: you see it available. It doesn't last long.
The rotating ones
We run limited flavours alongside the core range — sometimes a seasonal idea, sometimes a collaboration, sometimes something one of our bakers wouldn't stop talking about. Past and recurring flavours have included White Choc Macadamia, Lemon Cheesecake, Oreo Cheesecake, Cinnamon Scroll, Snickerdoodle, White Choc Pistachio, Rocky Road, Peanut Butter Pretzel, Cornflake, and the list truly goes on.
Two honest notes about these. First, they genuinely do sell out — that isn't a marketing line, it's a consequence of baking in small batches. Second, they aren't usually available for delivery individually.

Two things worth knowing
Warm them. We include reheat instructions in every box. If you visit a flagship store, they're fresh (and warm) from the oven. For kiosks and at home deliveries, we provide reheat instructions to get that bakery magic from home.
Nuts. The New York, Milk Choc Hazelnut and Carrot Cake all contain nuts, and everything we make is produced in a kitchen where nuts are present. The full breakdown is on our allergen page — please read it if it matters to you rather than guessing from this list.
Where to get them
Delivered anywhere in Australia, express, free over $80 — or in person at any of our thirteen locations across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Melbourne, Sydney and many Australian airports. There's also a cookie vending machine at Brisbane International that runs 24 hours, making it the perfect place to stock up on cookies for someone you love on the other side of the flight.
And if you'd rather make them yourself, there are 100 recipes in Bake with Brooki, our best selling cookbook.
