Melbourne, we're open. Brooki Chapel Street opened its doors on Friday 7 August, and it is our first bakery in Victoria.
We have wanted a Melbourne store for a long time. Chapel Street was the one that made sense — it is the kind of street people walk down without a plan, which is exactly how most people meet a Brooki cookie for the first time.

Yes, 10pm. Seven days. We have learned that cookies are not really a 3pm product, but a lifestyle. We're here for you twelve hours a day for all of your sugar cravings, a coffee kick, or your event catering needs.

What's in store
The full cookie range, baked through the day rather than all at once in the morning, so what you get late is not what was left over. Alongside them: brownies, cupcakes, and our cakes.
Cake decorating happens on site at Chapel Street, which means heart cakes, vintage round cakes and mini cakes are all made in the building rather than trucked in. If you have a birthday coming up in Melbourne, this is now your store.
Opening day
Thank you to everyone who came, and to everyone who waited. We know some of you were in line a long time before we opened, and we know a few of you had come a long way. That never stops being surprising, and it never stops mattering to us.
A few things worth knowing
- No booking needed. Walk in. Weekend afternoons are our busiest, so come earlier or on a weekday if you would rather skip a queue.
- Pickup orders are placed through the PICK UP tab in our online store, and the stores you can collect from are shown at checkout.
- Allergens. Our kitchens handle wheat, gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, tree nuts and peanuts. We can't guarantee any product is free from any allergen — our allergen matrix has the detail.
What's next
Chapel Street was the first of three openings in a fortnight. Our Sydney flagship at Barangaroo followed on 14 August, and Sydney Airport Terminal 1 opens on 21 August.
