Sydney, we've heard you. For years you've been asking us when we're coming down β and finally, we're saying yes.
This May and June, the Brooki food truck is rolling into Circular Quay for Vivid Sydney 2026 β and it's our very first time at the festival. From 22 May to 13 June, we'll be serving hot cookies baked fresh on site every night, right in front of Wahlburgers at Circular Quay, with the Sydney Harbour Bridge lit up in the background.
For 23 nights, the truck is open from 6:00pm to 11:00pm. Come for the lights, the music, the art β and a warm cookie in hand to make it all that bit better.
What you'll find at the truck
All your Brooki favourites β the cookies you've followed us across the country for. Choc Chip. Biscoff. NYC Dark Choc Walnut. Red Velvet. Salted Caramel Macadamia. Cinnamon Roll. The full hero line-up, baked fresh from frozen pucks the moment you order β so every cookie that hits your hand is warm, gooey and exactly the way it's meant to be eaten.
And because this is Sydney, and because this is Vivid, we're also dropping a few Sydney-exclusive flavours that you won't find anywhere else. Available only at the Circular Quay truck. Only for these 23 nights. Keep an eye on our socials in the days leading up to opening night β we'll be revealing them one by one.
Why this pop-up matters to us
This is our Sydney debut β the first time Brooki has had a physical presence in this city. And it's the warm-up to something bigger: our first NSW store opens at Barangaroo this July.
The Vivid truck is our way of saying hello properly β at one of the most beautiful events in the country, in the heart of the city, the way Sydney deserves. If you've been a Brooki community member from afar, this is the chance to finally get your hands on the real thing. Come say hi to the team, try the new flavours, take a photo with the bridge in the background. We'll be there every night until 13 June.

A note on queues
Vivid draws over 2.5 million visitors across the 23 nights. The truck can get busy β particularly Friday and Saturday evenings, and around 8:00β10:00pm when the light installations are at their peak.
If you want the easiest walk-up, weekday evenings between 6:00pm and 7:30pm tend to be the gentler windows. Saturday at 9:00pm? Bring your patience and a friend. The cookies are worth the wait, we promise.
Come say hi on opening night
I'll be on site at the truck on opening night, 22 May β so if you've been following Brooki for a while and want to come and say hello in person, that's the night to do it. The team is excited. The cookies are ready. The bridge is lit. All we need is you.
