Perth events get the same cookies as a Brisbane wedding, sent across the country in a sealed box. It works because nothing here needs refrigerating, plating or serving — which is also why it works for a venue that will not let you bring in a dessert table.

Plan the timing properly

Perth is the longest run we do: 2–3 business days from dispatch, and we only dispatch Monday to Thursday. For a Saturday event, order the Monday before. For anything over 300 cookies, give us two weeks.

Cookies keep two weeks at room temperature and a month in the freezer, so arriving several days early is not a problem — it is the sensible plan.

Why it works for events

Every cookie is individually heat-sealed and labelled with ingredients, allergens and nutritional information. Venues want that paperwork, and guests can pocket one for later, which turns leftovers into a second impression instead of waste.

Individually wrapped also means no serving staff, no plating and no chilled storage — the box sits in a back room until you put it out.

What we can't do in Perth

There is no Brooki store in Western Australia yet, so no pickup, and cakes, cupcakes and logo cupcakes are unavailable — they are pickup-only from our Brisbane and Gold Coast bakeries. Cookies, cookie tubes and brownies all ship.

Allergens and dietary

All cookies contain wheat, soy, eggs and milk. Some contain nuts, and everything is made in a kitchen where nuts are present. A gluten-friendly brownie is available by ingredients, made in the same kitchen as gluten. The full matrix is on our ingredients and allergens page.

Questions we get asked

How far ahead should I order for a Perth event?

Two weeks. The constraint is Monday-to-Thursday dispatch plus a 2–3 day run, so order early in the week before.

Will they arrive fresh?

Yes. Sealed the day they are baked, and good for two weeks at room temperature.

Can I get cakes for a Perth wedding?

Not currently — cakes are pickup-only from Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Can you put our branding on it?
