We cater Sydney weddings, conferences, product launches, office morning teas and end-of-year parties — individually wrapped, fully labelled, and delivered ready to place on a table.

How it works in Sydney

Every cookie is baked in our Brisbane kitchens and sent by express courier. Sydney is usually one business day from dispatch, and we dispatch Monday to Thursday — so for a Saturday wedding, order the week before and we'll have it there with room to spare.

Because everything is individually heat-sealed in our own packaging, it arrives event-ready. No plating, no last-minute assembly, no venue kitchen access required — which is the part that matters if you're working with a Barangaroo function space or a venue that charges for every minute of setup.

Each cookie is labelled with ingredients, allergens and nutritional information, which is what a professional venue will ask you for.

What Sydney orders most

Weddings. Cookie tubes as favours, or individually wrapped minis in a basket by the door. The tubes photograph better; the minis are cheaper per guest.

Conferences. Individually wrapped minis on the catering table. They disappear at every break and they don't need refrigeration.

Product launches. Boxes of six as the thing guests take home, which keeps the brand in play for a week after the event.

We bake and dispatch Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 8:00am Thursday go out the following Monday, so allow a little extra time if your date falls early in the week.

Allergens and dietary

All cookies contain wheat, soy, eggs and milk. Some contain nuts, and everything is made in a kitchen where nuts are present. Every item is labelled with ingredients, allergens and nutritional information, which matters when you're handing food to a room full of people you don't know.

Questions we get asked

How far in advance should I book cookie catering in Sydney?

Two weeks is ideal for anything over 100 cookies. The absolute minimum is a week, because we bake and dispatch Monday to Thursday and Sydney is a day from dispatch. Big events with custom flavours need longer — email us.

Are the cookies individually wrapped?

Yes. Every catering cookie is heat-sealed individually in our packaging and labelled with ingredients, allergens and nutritional information.

How long do they keep?

Best within two weeks, and they freeze for a month. That means you can take delivery well before the event without any risk.

Can we mix flavours?

Each catering unit is one flavour, so order multiple units to mix. The Best Sellers mix is a single option that already contains a range — if you're unsure, order that.

Can you deliver directly to our Sydney venue?

Yes, and it's usually the best option. Give us the venue address, the delivery date and a contact name at the venue when you order.

Do you do cakes and cupcakes for Sydney events?

Cakes and cupcakes are made fresh and are pickup-only from our Brisbane and Gold Coast stores — buttercream doesn't travel. For Sydney, cookies and brownies are the ones that arrive looking the way they left.
