How it works in Melbourne

Everything is baked in our Brisbane kitchens and sent express. Melbourne is typically one to two business days from dispatch, and we dispatch Monday to Thursday. For a weekend event, order the week before.

Each cookie is individually heat-sealed in our own packaging, so it arrives event-ready — no plating, no venue kitchen, no setup fee for someone to arrange a platter. That matters in a city where good function spaces charge for every minute.

Every cookie carries a label with ingredients, allergens and nutritional information, which is what your venue's compliance person will want to see.

What Melbourne orders most

Conferences and corporate days. Individually wrapped minis, 100 or 300 at a time. Shelf-stable, so leftovers aren't waste.

Weddings. Cookie tubes as favours — five mini cookies each, and the packaging does the work for you.

Office celebrations. Fifty minis at $175 is the easiest yes in the building.

We bake and dispatch Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 8:00am Thursday go out the following Monday, so allow a little extra time if your date falls early in the week.

Allergens and dietary

All cookies contain wheat, soy, eggs and milk. Some contain nuts, and everything is made in a kitchen where nuts are present. Every item is labelled with ingredients, allergens and nutritional information, which matters when you're handing food to a room full of people you don't know.

Questions we get asked

How much notice do you need for Melbourne cookie catering?

Two weeks for anything over 100 cookies, and a week minimum. We dispatch Monday to Thursday and Melbourne is one to two business days from dispatch.

Are they individually wrapped and labelled?

Yes — heat-sealed individually, with ingredients, allergens and nutritional information printed on every one.

How long will they last if the event moves?

Two weeks at room temperature, a month frozen. A date change is not a problem.

Can I get more than one flavour?

Order multiple catering units, one flavour each — or choose the Best Sellers mix, which is already a range.

Can you deliver to a Melbourne venue rather than our office?

Yes. Give us the venue address, the date and a contact name there.

What about cakes or cupcakes?

Those are pickup-only from our Brisbane and Gold Coast stores. Fresh buttercream and interstate couriers don't mix. Cookies and brownies are the travel-safe options.
