We have catered more Brisbane events than we've kept count of — weddings at Howard Smith Wharves, conferences at the Convention Centre, office morning teas, school fetes, and a great many birthdays where the cake went untouched because the cookies were there.

How it works in Brisbane

You can collect from Fortitude Valley, Fish Lane in South Brisbane, or Broadbeach — which skips couriers entirely and means we're not bound by the Monday-to-Thursday dispatch cycle. Or we deliver, across greater Brisbane and down the full Gold Coast run.

Every catering cookie is individually heat-sealed and labelled with ingredients, allergens and nutritional information, so it arrives ready to place and your venue has the paperwork it needs.

Brisbane is also the only city where cupcakes, cakes and logo cupcakes are available for events, because they're made fresh that morning and collected rather than shipped.

Cupcake catering for 100 or 200 guests, in vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, Oreo or Nutella — pickup from Fortitude Valley, South Brisbane or Broadbeach.

Logo cupcakes with your brand printed on edible discs, in boxes of 24 or 48, or catering quantities.

Allergens and dietary

All cookies contain wheat, soy, eggs and milk. Some contain nuts, and everything is made in a kitchen where nuts are present. Every item is labelled with ingredients, allergens and nutritional information, which matters when you're handing food to a room full of people you don't know.

Where do I collect cookie catering in Brisbane?

Fortitude Valley (15 Marshall Street), Fish Lane in South Brisbane (109 Melbourne Street), or Broadbeach (88 Surf Parade). Choose pickup at checkout.

How much notice do you need?

A week is comfortable, two if you're over 300 cookies or want cupcake catering. Pickup orders can sometimes be turned around faster — email orders@brookibakehouse.com if your date is tight.

Can I get cupcakes for a Brisbane event?

Yes — this is the only city where you can. Cupcake catering for 100 or 200 guests, pickup only, from Fortitude Valley, South Brisbane or Broadbeach.

Are cookies individually wrapped for events?

Yes, heat-sealed individually and labelled with ingredients, allergens and nutritional information.

Do you deliver to Gold Coast venues too?

Yes. Broadbeach and Pacific Fair are both ours, and we deliver the full Gold Coast run.

How long do catering cookies keep?

Two weeks at room temperature, a month in the freezer.
