We're open at Sydney International. Brooki is now in Terminal 1 at Sydney Airport — open seven days a week, from 6:00am until 8:30pm.
This is our third opening in a fortnight, and the one we have wanted for a while. We already have a kiosk in Terminal 2 for domestic departures. T1 is the international terminal — which means the last thing you eat before leaving the country, or the first thing you eat coming home, can now be a Brooki cookie.

Open every day, 6:00am to 8:30pm.
We open at 6am because that is when the terminal does. If your flight is at an hour nobody should have to be awake for, we will be there too.
What we're serving
The full cookie range, baked fresh and brought in daily — thick, filled, and still soft in the middle. Grab one, grab a box for the person collecting you, or take a box on the plane and become the most popular person in your row.
Cookies keep well for a few days in an airtight container, so a box travels perfectly as a gift when you land.
A few things worth knowing
- We're past security, so you'll find us after you've cleared the gates.
- Allergens. Our kitchens handle wheat, gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, tree nuts and peanuts, and we can't guarantee any product is free from any allergen. See our allergen matrix for full product information.
Three openings, two weeks
Sydney Airport T1 completes a run of three: Chapel Street in Melbourne on 7 August, our Sydney flagship at Barangaroo on 14 August, and now Sydney International Terminal.
Thank you to the team who pulled that off. Opening one store is a lot. Opening three is a different thing entirely. To our Retail superstars at every store -- thank you. Your willingness to go above and beyond for our customers, learn quickly and stay back late every so often to help your teammates does not go unnoticed.
And of course to our bakers and production team who work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep up with demand. Growing and scaling a business is often 'figuring it out as you go' and our we couldn't get there without a team of problem solvers who take every challenge head on. You're the dream team!
