Branding and customisation
We can add a printed message, a custom sleeve or your logo to gift boxes, and build a box to a specific budget or headcount rather than making you work backwards from ours. Message brownies and macaron catering are available on request.
If you want something that is not on the site — a colour to match a campaign, a mixed box, a specific flavour split across a thousand units — ask. Most of what we do at volume starts as an email.
How ordering works
- Tell us the brief. Date, headcount, delivery city or cities, and roughly what you want to spend per person. Email hello@brookibakehouse.com, or order straight from the collection if you already know what you want.
- We come back with options and a quote. Including what is realistic for your date. If your timeline does not work, we will say so rather than take the order and disappoint you.
- We bake and dispatch. Your order goes into the production schedule and ships fresh, with tracking. Invoicing and purchase orders are available.
Delivery across Australia
We ship corporate orders Australia-wide, flat $15 express. Orders go out Monday to Thursday only, so nothing sits in a depot over a weekend.
Delivery is 2–3 business days to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, Hobart, Launceston, Cairns, Mackay and Rockhampton, and 4–5 business days to other cities and regional areas. We do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
Sending to multiple addresses is common — email us the list and we will quote it as one job. Pickup is also available from selected stores; see all Brooki locations.
Lead times
A week is comfortable for most orders. For anything over a few hundred cookies, or a fixed event date, give us two to three weeks. For Christmas, book in November.
Changes and cancellations are possible up to 7 days before dispatch or collection, with a $10 admin fee. Inside 7 days we cannot change or cancel, because the ingredients are bought and the bake is scheduled.
Allergens
Our kitchens handle wheat, gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, tree nuts and peanuts, and we cannot guarantee any product is free from any allergen. Gluten free cookies are available in our retail stores, but they are made in a kitchen that handles wheat and are not suitable for coeliac customers.
If you are ordering for a group with dietary requirements, tell us before you order and read our allergen matrix. We would rather have that conversation early than have someone miss out on the day.

- What is the minimum order for corporate gifting?
- Bulk pricing starts at $175. Below that, order from our regular online store — there is no minimum there.
- How far ahead should we order?
- A week is comfortable for most orders. For a few hundred cookies or more, or a specific event date, allow two to three weeks. December books out, so order Christmas gifting in November.
- Can you deliver to multiple addresses?
- Yes, and we do it often. Email us the list of addresses and we will quote the whole job at once rather than making you place separate orders.
- Can we add our logo or a custom message?
- Yes. We can print a message, produce a custom sleeve, or add your branding to gift boxes. Email us with what you have in mind and your timeline.
- Can we get an invoice or purchase order?
- Yes. Email hello@brookibakehouse.com and we will set it up.
- Do you deliver outside the capital cities?
- Yes. We ship to every residential and commercial postal address in Australia. Regional deliveries run 4–5 business days rather than 2–3.
- Do you ship corporate orders internationally?
- We ship to New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan and the Philippines. We are not shipping to North America at this stage. See our shipping policy.
- How long do the cookies keep?
- They are at their best in the first two or three days and good for around a week in an airtight container. They also freeze for up to three months, which is useful if a gift is being handed out over several days.
- Are corporate gifts tax deductible in Australia?
- Often, but it depends on who the gift is for and how it is classified — the rules treat client gifts and staff gifts differently, and there are separate fringe benefits tax considerations for gifts to employees. We are bakers, not accountants, so please check with yours before you rely on it.
