If your office is in Brisbane, you get something no other city does: collection. Corporate orders can be picked up from Fortitude Valley, Fish Lane in South Brisbane, or Broadbeach — which means no courier, no delivery window, and no risk of a box sitting in a mail room over a long weekend.

It also means we can be faster. A Brisbane pickup avoids the Monday-to-Thursday dispatch cycle entirely.

And there's the local recognition factor. In Brisbane, Brooki isn't a brand somebody has to Google. Half the room has queued on Marshall Street.

Pickup and delivery in Brisbane

Corporate orders can be collected from Fortitude Valley, Fish Lane (South Brisbane) or Broadbeach. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll have it ready.

For delivery, we cover the CBD, Fortitude Valley, South Brisbane, Newstead, Milton, Toowong, Chermside, Springfield, Ipswich, North Lakes and the full Gold Coast run down to Coolangatta.

Splitting an order across individual home addresses is $15 per address.

Every corporate order is baked in our Brisbane kitchens and sent by express courier. Nothing is frozen, nothing is warehoused, and nothing is made until your order is placed.

We bake and dispatch Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 8:00am Thursday go out the following Monday, so allow a little extra time if your date falls early in the week.

Allergens and dietary

All cookies contain wheat, soy, eggs and milk. Some contain nuts, and everything is made in a kitchen where nuts are present. A gluten-friendly brownie is available by ingredients, though it's made in the same kitchen as gluten. Every item is labelled with ingredients, allergens and nutritional information, which matters when you're handing food to a room full of people you don't know.

Where can I collect a corporate order in Brisbane?

Fortitude Valley (15 Marshall Street), Fish Lane in South Brisbane (109 Melbourne Street), and Broadbeach (88 Surf Parade). Select pickup at checkout.

How quickly can you turn around a Brisbane order?

Faster than anywhere else, because there's no courier involved. Give us as much notice as you can — a week is comfortable — but for pickup orders we can often work with less. Email orders@brookibakehouse.com if it's urgent.

Can we get cupcakes with our logo on them?

Yes, and Brisbane is the only place they make sense. Logo cupcakes are printed on edible discs and are pickup-only, from Fortitude Valley, South Brisbane or Broadbeach. Available in boxes of 24 or 48, or catering for 100 or 200.

Do you cater morning teas and office events?
