Weddings at Broadbeach, conferences at the Convention Centre, product launches in Surfers, and a lot of office morning teas. We have three stores on the coast, so this is one of the few places we can cater without a courier being involved at all.

How it works on the Gold Coast

You can collect from Broadbeach or Pacific Fair, which skips couriers and the Monday-to-Thursday dispatch cycle. Or we deliver on an overnight run from our Brisbane kitchens, covering Coomera down to Coolangatta.

Every catering cookie is individually heat-sealed and labelled with ingredients, allergens and nutritional information, so it arrives ready to place and your venue has the paperwork it needs.

Cakes and cupcakes

Our Broadbeach bakery carries the full cake range for pre-order and pickup — vintage heart cakes, vintage round cakes and naked cakes, feeding 8 to 40+. Because they are collected rather than shipped, they are available for Gold Coast events in a way they are not in Sydney or Melbourne.

Allergens and dietary

Where do I collect cookie catering on the Gold Coast?

Broadbeach (88 Surf Parade) or our Pacific Fair kiosk. Choose pickup at checkout.

How much notice do you need?

A week is comfortable, two if you are over 300 cookies or want cakes. Email orders@brookibakehouse.com if your date is tight.

Can I get cakes for a Gold Coast event?

Yes, through our Broadbeach bakery, collected rather than shipped.

How long do catering cookies keep?

Two weeks at room temperature, a month in the freezer.
