Why the Gold Coast is easy

Collection from Broadbeach means no courier, no delivery window, and no box sitting in a mail room over a weekend. It also takes you out of our Monday-to-Thursday dispatch cycle entirely.

Broadbeach is a few minutes from the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, so if you are running something there, a pickup is usually faster and cheaper than a delivery.

Pickup and delivery

Collect from Broadbeach (88 Surf Parade) or Pacific Fair. For delivery we cover the full Gold Coast run from Coomera down to Coolangatta, plus greater Brisbane.

Splitting an order across individual home addresses is $15 per address — useful for a remote team.

Gold Coast delivery is an overnight courier run from our Brisbane kitchens. We bake and dispatch Monday to Thursday.

Allergens and dietary

All cookies contain wheat, soy, eggs and milk. Some contain nuts, and everything is made in a kitchen where nuts are present. Every item is labelled with ingredients, allergens and nutritional information. The full matrix is on our ingredients and allergens page.

How much notice do you need?

A week is comfortable. Pickup orders can often be turned around faster — email orders@brookibakehouse.com if your date is tight.

Can you deliver to the Convention Centre?

Yes, though Broadbeach is a few minutes away, so pickup is usually the better option for a GCCEC event.

Can you invoice us?
