Why this works better than a hamper

We bake everything ourselves. When a Brooki box arrives at an office in Collins Street or Cremorne, it's recognised — and it gets opened immediately, in front of everyone, which is not something you can say about a bottle of shiraz.

Practically: individually wrapped cookies keep for two weeks and freeze for a month, so they survive the gap between when your gift arrives and when the person you sent it to is actually at their desk.

Delivering across Melbourne

Corporate orders are baked in Brisbane and sent express. Melbourne is typically one to two business days from dispatch. We deliver to the CBD, Docklands, Southbank, South Yarra, Richmond, Cremorne, Collingwood, St Kilda, Hawthorn, Box Hill and out to the growth corridors — anywhere our couriers go.

Sending to people working from home? We'll split one order across as many individual addresses as you need, at $15 per address.

Every corporate order is baked in our Brisbane kitchens and sent by express courier. Nothing is frozen, nothing is warehoused, and nothing is made until your order is placed.

We bake and dispatch Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 8:00am Thursday go out the following Monday, so allow a little extra time if your date falls early in the week.

Allergens and dietary

All cookies contain wheat, soy, eggs and milk. Some contain nuts, and everything is made in a kitchen where nuts are present. A gluten-friendly brownie is available by ingredients, though it's made in the same kitchen as gluten. Every item is labelled with ingredients, allergens and nutritional information, which matters when you're handing food to a room full of people you don't know.

Questions we get asked

Can I pick up a corporate order in Melbourne?

Our corporate range is currently configured for pickup in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast, with delivery everywhere else. If collecting from Chapel Street or Chadstone suits you better, email orders@brookibakehouse.com and we'll sort it out.

How far ahead should I order?

A week is comfortable for standard boxes. We bake and dispatch Monday to Thursday and Melbourne is usually one to two business days after that. Allow two weeks if you want branded packaging or a very large volume.

Do you do logo cupcakes in Melbourne?

Logo cupcakes are made fresh and are currently pickup-only from our Brisbane and Gold Coast stores, because buttercream and couriers are not friends. For Melbourne, individually wrapped cookies and gift boxes travel far better.

What's the smallest order you'll take?

$175 for 50 individually wrapped mini cookies. Standard gift boxes have no minimum.

Can we set up an account for repeat orders?
