Why cookies beat the hamper

Corporate gifting in Sydney is a crowded field of gourmet hampers, and most of them have the same problem: they're an assortment of products from suppliers the sender has never met, arriving in a box that looks like every other box.

We make one thing, we make it ourselves, and it is genuinely famous. When a Brooki box lands on a client's desk in Barangaroo or Martin Place, people know what it is. That recognition is the whole point of a gift.

The other practical advantage: cookies are shelf-stable for two weeks and freeze for a month. A hamper with fresh produce in it has to be eaten now. A box of individually wrapped cookies can sit in the office kitchen and keep working for you all fortnight.

Delivering across Sydney

Everything is baked in Brisbane and sent express, which for Sydney means most orders land the next business day after dispatch. We deliver to the CBD, North Sydney, Barangaroo, Surry Hills, Pyrmont, Chatswood, Parramatta, Macquarie Park, the Eastern Suburbs and the Northern Beaches — anywhere Australia Post and our couriers reach, which is effectively everywhere.

If you need boxes going to individual home addresses — increasingly the ask for distributed teams — we can split a single order across as many addresses as you like at $15 each.

Every corporate order is baked in our Brisbane kitchens and sent by express courier. Nothing is frozen, nothing is warehoused, and nothing is made until your order is placed.

We bake and dispatch Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 8:00am Thursday go out the following Monday, so allow a little extra time if your date falls early in the week.

Allergens and dietary

All cookies contain wheat, soy, eggs and milk. Some contain nuts, and everything is made in a kitchen where nuts are present. A gluten-friendly brownie is available by ingredients, though it's made in the same kitchen as gluten. Every item is labelled with ingredients, allergens and nutritional information, which matters when you're handing food to a room full of people you don't know.

Questions we get asked

Can I collect a corporate order from the Barangaroo store?

Our corporate range is currently set up for pickup from our Brisbane and Gold Coast stores, and for delivery everywhere else. If collecting from Barangaroo would be easier for you, email orders@brookibakehouse.com and we'll arrange it.

How much notice do you need for a Sydney corporate order?

For standard boxes and individually wrapped cookies, place your order at least a week before you need it. We bake and dispatch Monday to Thursday, and Sydney is usually one business day from dispatch. For large volumes or branded packaging, give us two weeks.

Can you put our logo on them?

Yes — on cupcakes, using edible printed discs. For cookies we brand the packaging rather than the cookie itself. Email us with your logo and we'll tell you what works.

What's the minimum order?

$175, which gets you 50 individually wrapped mini cookies. There's no minimum on the standard cookie boxes if you just want to send one.

Do you invoice, or is it card only?

The website takes card. For recurring or larger corporate orders we can invoice — email orders@brookibakehouse.com to set that up.
